Aria Schwartz
Birth & Postpartum Doula Support
in The Bay Area, CA
Hi! I’m Aria
Hi, I’m Aria, a full-spectrum doula based in the East Bay Area. I support people through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with steady presence, thoughtful guidance, and deep respect for the wisdom already within you.
My work centers on honoring the natural rhythms of birth and trusting your intuitive knowing. I offer evidence-based information, gentle hands-on support, and grounded advocacy so you can make choices that feel aligned and true to you. However and wherever you give birth, my role is to follow your lead, protect your autonomy, and help you feel safe, informed, and deeply supported.
As a queer doula, I’m especially honored to support LGBTQIA+ families and anyone navigating medical systems with fear or mistrust. I also bring a background in herbalism and offer plant-centered support when desired.
